The rating system has been changed back to the original system we used when the File Depot was first opened. While not perfect, it's better than what we were using before. If you have any suggestions for a fairer rating algorithm, then please post on the forums!

Wow, has it really been almost a month already? In any case, I've fixed the bug where you could inflate your submission's download count by downloading it over and over again, because of some morons abusing it (you know who you are!).
From now on, anyone caught abusing bugs like this (or trying to inflate their download count and/or ratings through other means, like multiple accounts (you know who you are, too!)) will be banned.
